By creating a timetable before we did the practice filming, we found this help us with organisation. it got us all on the same track and frame of mind of what is going to happen, where and what day.
By including simple things like 'use skateboard' and 'bring torch' it helped us to remember good ideas we have said to do, that can easily be forgotten when it comes to the day. it also made sure we remembered to bring these props, because without them we wouldn't have been able to do the filming as effectively.
We went through our diaries and organised the dates and times, it was hard because we all have part time jobs and other things to do. We only managed to find 2 days that we were free at the same time. However this was more that enough.
We did over run the duration we had planned out, but this is because we kept coming up with more imaginative ideas and locations.
Although we have got the shot list to go by, we thought we would include performance into our timetable so that we know who is filming on each day to avoid confusion. This is obviously important because who ever is filming needs their makeup done how we have planned and also their clothes and props with them.
Leading up to the day of filming we made a group conference on our I phones that we could put ideas in and discuss things about the filming when we were at home. We posted pictures of potential costume etc, therefore we got everyone's opinions instead of turning up on the day with the wrong idea.
